How Festus Youth Wrestling Club uses information submitted through this website, including information concerning youth participants.

Contact and sponsorship requests may include names, email addresses, phone numbers, wrestler grade, organization details, and the message you submit.
Registration-interest requests use the standard contact request and ask only for contact details, wrestler grade, and the message you choose to submit. They do not ask for birth dates, waivers, or medical information.
When enrollment for FYWC's 2026 two-week beginners camp for grades 2 through 8 is marked open, the form collects a parent or guardian's contact information and address; each wrestler's name, age, birth date, grade, concussion answer, and optional allergy, medication, and medical-concern details; and the required participation and medical-treatment acknowledgements.
The camp form does not request payment information. After online registration, the $10 camp fee is paid separately through FYWC's PayPal. This website does not receive a PayPal transaction ID or verify whether the fee was paid. Paid admission to the FYWC wrestling group is a separate process and is not collected by the camp form.
The website may collect basic technical information needed for security, rate limiting, error diagnosis, and aggregate analytics. Public-form abuse controls use a one-way request fingerprint rather than storing a raw IP address with the lead.
Authorized staff accounts use an email address and Firebase Authentication credentials. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication and are not stored in this website's Firestore content records.
FYWC uses information to answer requests, communicate club information, prevent abuse, and maintain records needed to run the program.
Camp enrollment records are used to review eligibility, administer participation, support athlete safety, and respond to registration questions. Any future paid club-admission records will be maintained separately for fee reconciliation.
FYWC does not sell personal information. Information is not used for unrelated advertising profiles.
Firebase services support request storage and analytics; Resend may deliver request-notification email; and Vercel hosts the website. Those providers process data under their own terms and security practices.
PayPal processes the separate $10 camp payment under its own terms and privacy practices. This website links to FYWC's PayPal destination but does not receive a PayPal transaction ID or verify whether the fee was paid.
If FYWC later enables paid wrestling-group admission through Stripe, Stripe will process Checkout payments and may send receipts under its own terms and privacy practices. The camp registration form does not send families to Stripe.
FYWC may share information with authorized coaches, administrators, and volunteers who need it for program operations or athlete safety. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect a person from harm, or to investigate fraud or misuse.
Public visitors do not need an account. Authorized staff sign-in uses short-lived security and session cookies to prevent cross-site requests and keep the admin area signed in. The admin session cookie is not available to browser scripts.
Site notices can be dismissed for the current page session. Dismissing a notice does not subscribe or unsubscribe you from email or text messages.
A parent or legal guardian should submit requests concerning a minor. Children should not send personal information without parent or guardian involvement.
Do not put medical records, Social Security numbers, passwords, or payment-card details in a contact or registration-interest message.
Use the designated online-enrollment fields for requested participant and safety details. Medical and birth-date details are excluded from routine notification email and remain in the restricted enrollment record.
FYWC retains records only as long as reasonably needed for the request, camp or active season, safety, accounting, legal, dispute, and program-administration purposes. Different record types may require different retention periods.
For website registration records, authorized staff can close a completed record, schedule deletion, and cancel that schedule during a 30-day recovery period. Permanent deletion is a separate manual action after that period; the website does not automatically purge registrations.
Permanent website deletion removes the registration details, internal activity, and staff-email retry history. The website retains a minimal redacted audit and anti-replay marker containing operational identifiers, registration type and reference, and deletion time so an old form request cannot recreate the deleted record. It does not retain family contact, participant, medical, internal-note, or payment-reconciliation details in that marker.
Website deletion does not recall email already delivered to staff or remove records held separately by Resend, PayPal, staff mailboxes, backups, or downloaded exports. FYWC must handle those copies under its approved organizational retention process.
You may ask FYWC to access, correct, or delete information by using the secure contact form. Some records may need to be retained for legal, safety, financial, or fraud-prevention reasons. Identity or guardianship may need to be verified before a request is completed.
FYWC uses access controls and other safeguards appropriate to the website, but no internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
You may decline optional form fields or optional communications.
