Fundamentals that prepare wrestlers for the next level
Technique is taught through a clear, age-appropriate progression so first-time and returning wrestlers can keep building confidence.
Our mission
FYWC teaches kids in grades 3 through 8 the fundamentals of wrestling, working to instill dedication, discipline, respect, and perseverance in every wrestler who commits to the program.

One club. One community.
A place for young athletes to learn the sport, support one another, and grow together.
About FYWC
FYWC is a fundamentals club. Wrestlers in grades 3-8 learn the sport from the ground up, and the demands that come with it — dedication, discipline, respect, and perseverance — are taught right alongside it.
Instruction draws on years of youth wrestling experience and stays focused on top-level technique. The goal is to build a foundation strong enough to carry a wrestler into high school while keeping every lesson age appropriate.
